As soon as the monetary transaction between you and us is complete, we start processing the goods ordered by you for shipping. After we have dispatched the order, we will be sending you a confirmation email immediately. We suggest you keep that for your records.
In a rare case, if the product/products ordered by you is/are not available temporarily with us, we will intimate you via email or telephone.
Please note that we are not responsible for any wrong order placed by you or any delay from the courier service. To track your shipping, you can take the tracking number provided by us in the email and interact directly with the courier service.
In case, the goods received by you need to be returned or replaced, you need to bear the shipping costs yourself. Please return the goods to the address mentioned in the invoice.
The cancellation of the order is only possible on the same day of placing the order.
We regret that we will not be able to cancel the order once the shipment has been processed for delivery. Please refer to our Refunds page for further clarifications on the refund policies.
